Palletization
Our palletization service ensures safe, efficient loading and unloading of export consignments. Pallets are packed correctly in both lengthwise and crosswise directions aligned with container internal dimensions. All hazardous materials include internal dunnage, crates are fumigated to prevent pest damage, and palletized consignments are properly labelled to eliminate confusion during customs and destination handling.

ECTN (Electronic Cargo Tracking Note)
ECTN is a maritime waiver certificate required by certain African countries for customs clearance. It allows authorities to track, manage, and supervise cargo from loading to discharge — providing shipment information before arrival, increasing security, and preventing smuggling of unauthorized items. Without an ECTN, heavy penalties may be imposed and cargo may not be allowed to offload at the destination. As authorized agents, we issue ECTN, FERI, BESC, and BIETC certificates.
